Keller Williams Realty Palm Harbor

Kelly is what everyone in her industry should strive to be. Knowledgeable, responsive, so familiar with the buying process that she was able to easily guide us through our first time home purchase. A+++

Kelly went above and beyond helping me find a rental in a very urgent situation and literally did not stop until she did! I am forever grateful for thisaEUR| there is a special place in heaven for people like her and her team!! What wonderful people they are!! Again thank you.. words cannot express how thankful I truly am!

We worked with Kelly Mothershead to sell our home in East Lake/Tarpon Springs, and she delivered. Kelly priced strategically for todays market, launched with state-of-the-art photography and current, multi-channel marketing that brought serious buyers in quickly. Communication was crisp and honest: no fluff, no confusion. When offers came in, she laid out the tradeoffs clearly and negotiated without creating friction. Inspections, appraisal, title, everything ran on schedule and without drama. In a market that hasnt been easy, Kelly moved the sale forward quickly and kept stress low. Wed hire her again without hesitation.

Kelly is a fierce protector of her community and her customers. You can see her at every charity event not just attending but being instrumental in drumming up support for the event. Energetically representing her customers is just as important to her as she works nonstop to fulfill each persons homebuying or selling needs. She has recruited the best team to ensure her customers have the support they need in even the most challenging transactions. Get to know Kelly, and you wont be easily impressed by her competitors who are just fast-talking, hollow salespeople!

Kelly is the best realtor with whom we have ever worked. She did everything she promised. Her knowledge and expertise of our area allowed us to sell our house very quickly. She handled everything POST sale better than we could have imagined.
