ZillowVERIFIED Kelly is a fierce protector of her community and her customers. You can see her at every charity event not just attending but being instrumental in drumming up support for the event. Energetically representing her customers is just as important to her as she works nonstop to fulfill each persons homebuying or selling needs. She has recruited the best team to ensure her customers have the support they need in even the most challenging transactions. Get to know Kelly, and you wont be easily impressed by her competitors who are just fast-talking, hollow salespeople!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Kelly Mothershead to sell our home in East Lake/Tarpon Springs, and she delivered. Kelly priced strategically for todays market, launched with state-of-the-art photography and current, multi-channel marketing that brought serious buyers in quickly. Communication was crisp and honest: no fluff, no confusion. When offers came in, she laid out the tradeoffs clearly and negotiated without creating friction. Inspections, appraisal, title, everything ran on schedule and without drama. In a market that hasnt been easy, Kelly moved the sale forward quickly and kept stress low. Wed hire her again without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Kelly in January and laid out a plan to sell our home in Alabama while looking from 350 miles. We drove down a few times but for the most part Kelly was our eyes and ears. What started as a client/Agent turned into a friendship. The home we actually bought was through Kellys eyes! May I say she nailed it. My wife fell in love with it and the community. We couldnt asked for a better Agent, we never blinked when dealing with her and her team. We are both grateful that we chose her and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kelly was a smooth experience she took care of all the details, knew the area very well and being in government, in the New Port Richey area, meant she knew all the ins and outs of new projects up and coming. I would give overall 5 stars but I was a bit disappointed at the price my condo eventually got, but she did sell it before the end of the year as was my request. She is wonderful and went above and beyond with the difficult and imo unprofessional HOA. Thanks Kelly! I enjoyed working with you very much.

ZillowVERIFIED A huge shoutout to Kelly Mothershead and her awesome team for pulling off some real magic during a tricky probate situation right smack in the middle of the holidays. Kellys not just a real estate whiz, she's practically a superhero. Right off the bat, you can tell Kelly knows her stuffaEUR"local market, probate quirks, vendors, you name it. But what blew us away was her knack for keeping us in the loop. Always letting us know what's up, alleviating concerns, and giving us a much-needed confidence boost along the way. Kelly's a pro at handling curveballs, too. Kept the buyer on board through unexpected delays, showing us she's not just about sealing the deal but making sure it's a smooth ride. If you're after a realtor who's got the smarts, the heart, and can turn a potentially stressful situation into a win, Kelly Mothershead and her team are your go-to real estate rockstars!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly helped my husband and I buy our forever home in Land O Lakes, FL. Working with Kelly, she was always professional, reliable, and helped us as we navigated the intimidating home buying process. She was very knowledgeable and guided us on how to help ensure that we were able to get our home, and how to make us competitive when there were other offers for the seller to look at. She also helped us with working with our mortgage provider to make sure that things were moving along smoothly as we worked towards milestones as we closed in on our closing date. Kelly was all around a great realtor who helped us through every step of the process. She is someone that I would highly recommend if you are considering buying or selling a home. Bottom line, Kelly is someone who is of upmost character and will help you find the home of your dreams.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was amazing with helping us find our dream home! She did a great job remembering what we wanted in our home and did not push us into making decisions. There were times we would walk into a home and she already knew what I would like or dislike about it. She was such a joy to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was absolutely amazing from the very beginning! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and we really had no idea what to do. Kelly walked us through a lot of the tedious parts of the process and really I felt like the only thing I had to do was find a house! She worked very hard on our behalf to negotiate the best deal and never stopped working for us even at the closing table. I will definitely recommend her!
