Avoid renting from him, properties not well taken care of and will give it the landlord special and fix any issues as cheaply as possible. He will call you a needy tenant if you ask for maintenance and complain about any issues. The units are gross, they have gone through multiple rounds of flooding damages, have mold and are way overpriced even for the area.
