Emily was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home-buying process. She was always there to answer my questions, explain things when I wasnt sure about something, and make sure I felt comfortable with every decision along the way. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive, and I always felt like she had my best interests in mind. She never made me feel pressured and took the time to make sure we found a home that was the right fit.

We had a a great experience working with the Megan Aiken team. They helped us find our new home as well as sell our old home. They remained very patient with us during the process & when the time came they were extremely responsive and acted swiftly to make everything as quick and smooth as possible with our moves. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with Emily from Megan's team and she was phenomenal. She worked to understand what we were looking for in a new home for our family and tirelessly looked until we found the perfect fit. She gave honest feedback and help us steer through the process seamlessly.

Ive had the opportunity to work with Marilyn over the past few months as her Transaction Coordinator, so Ive gotten to see firsthand how she handles her clients and transactions from contract to closing. Marilyn is very involved throughout the entire process and stays on top of deadlines, documents, inspections, and anything else that comes up along the way. She is proactive, detailed, and quick to communicate, which makes it easy to keep everything moving and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. What stands out most to me is how much she genuinely cares about her clients and making sure they understand whats happening throughout the transaction. Working behind the scenes with her has given me a unique perspective on just how much time and attention she puts into each client and each deal. Shes knowledgeable, responsive, and truly great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Marilyn to anyone looking for a Realtor!

Cara did an amazing job throughout the whole process. She has a very good understanding of the local market. She was transparent and upfront about what to expect and was quick to change strategies if required. She was very responsive, attended my calls even typical work hours.
