Elizabeth White was the agent that provided us with exceptional service. Elizabeth was professional and exhibited a personal demeanor. She quickly became like a friend offering good advice and making recommendations that would have been helpful if we would have listened. Overall, Elizabeth was a wonderful agent as she was there on the front line dealing with the seller (a builder) and his representative. Her years of experience were evident. We admired her polite but forthright manner when dealing with people. (The builder's sales person, builder supervisor, settlement lawyer, etc.) She was there with us during settlement to make sure things were handled properly. She intervened whenever something appeared questionable which was very helpful because there were some things that needed repairing based on our home inspection. There were services available via Megan Aitken's Team that we did not take advantage of because of a lack of knowledge. Megan's staff was quick to reply to all of our calls and Emails. "You don't know what you don't." Elizabeth really helped take the edge off of the frustration and anxiety of buying this house. We would recommend Megan Aitken's Team and Elizabeth because we feel they are consistent from client to client and I don't like recommending. In this case I will gladly recommend this company!

Review Megan sold a home for us in 2020. She was very responsive and ultimately got us a great price, but the process of working with Megan was stressful, and she was disrespectful and unprofessional at every turn. First, she convinced us to spend thousands of dollars on painting and style changes during the hottest housing market in the past decade. We ended up receiving many above ask offers (she delivered on price). Still, Megan convinced us to take a dual agency offer over the rest because the transaction would be aEURoeeasieraEUR? she even gave us a .5% commission break. The good news ended here. Megan said we should give the buyer a price break of $25,000 at one point despite the fact we received three offers of equal value. She cursed me out in a voicemail, which Id be happy to share. Ultimately we got the deal done, but the buyer delayed closing two times. A simple sale in a hot market was a miserable experience because of Megan and the team. Choose a real estate professional that wont call you a Christmas grinch because you wont give her buyer a $25k discount below their original offer, and avoid dual agency deals.

Review Wow!! Unreal service and what a fantastic group! I reached out to Megan on a Tuesday. She listed it on Thursday and it was sold on that Saturday. The most amazing part was that is sold far above asking price and above the same units on the street that were recently sold. Her support staff kept in constant contact with us especially Chris who is till in contact with us 2 months after the sale. I would not hesitate to contact Megan if you are looking to buy or sell a home in that area. I gave 5 stars but she and her group deserve 10!

Review Megan helped to sell my home in Middletown DE. The process was seamless. From the moment of contact she provided me with resources to help prepare my home for sale. She was able to provide contacts for needed home improvements at reduced prices and a checklist of items to put my house at the top of the market. From there, free, excellent staging dressed my house in a way I barely recognized (in a good way). It was like looking in a parallel universe where I had taste in furniture and design. The house went for approximately 50k more than it's previous appraisal and to my knowledge is the highest selling home on the street. Closing went equally as smooth with offers considered quickly and paperwork completed efficiently. I would definitely recommend this team to sell your home.

Review I found Megan through Zillow 5 years ago and she was awesome helping us navigate and negotiate with the builder when we decided on new construction of a home. She was able to get us a sunroom and a finished basement for just about no cost to us. 5 years later when we decided to sell she was the first person we called. She and her team are phenomenal at what they do. My house sold with in hours of being on the market. I know this was because of the price Megan came up with and, the staging services she offered along with the photographer. My home never looked so good! We had a smooth closing with no issues what so ever. I contribute all of this to the experience Megan and her team have in this buisness. What really could have been one of the most stressful situations in a our lives was one of the easiest by far. A thousand thanks!

Review We decided to move from my wife's childhood home into something smaller and more manageable. Megan and her team were with us from day one! She gave us hope that our house would sell quickly in which it did (multiple offers within 3 days) We hit some bumps along the way with multiple setbacks being in a rural area we failed a septic inspection which we had to replace before our buyers could purchase the home so our quick sale turned into months of agony. Chris was a superhero keeping us afloat throughout the entire process. He was in constant contact with us almost daily, our septic approval from the state was taking forever, so he took it upon himself to call everyday to rush the process so that we could settle as fast as possible. He also was in constant contact with the septic company on the process of building a new septic. If we went with any other realtor I do not think we would be be as satisfied with how things have turned out ! We can not thank Megan and her team enough for making a stressful process easier. Chris you are a rockstar!!!!!

Review Megan and her team did a great job in selling our home. They went above and beyond during the entire process. Our initial meeting with Megan consisted of her doing a walk-through of our home and making some suggestions about how to get our house market ready. From there, we received a detailed list from Megan about the necessary repairs. We had several repairs and renovations that our older house needed in order to get market ready. She also gave us a list of trusted, reasonably priced local contractors that her team works with on a regular basis . She made all the necessary arrangements for painters, power washers, carpet installers, HVAC inspectors, window cleaners, and General contractors to come and give estimates. One of the major repairs to our home was the replacement of the entire front facade due to dry rot behind the stucco. Megan's team guided us through this and our house came out looking better than before. The team also professionally staged our house with furniture for free ( a service for which most other realtors charge clients $1000+/ month based on the size of our house). once the house was listed, Megan held several open houses to attract buyers, and advised us of any needed price changes based on weekly comps in our neighborhood. Once we accepted an offer, her team also guided us on all the necessary steps to have a smooth closing. Overall, we were very satisfied with the level of professionalism and service we received from Megan and her team. They went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We always felt like they had our best interest in mind and we would highly recommend Megan to any of our friends and family in the future.
