Elizabeth White was the agent that provided us with exceptional service. Elizabeth was professional and exhibited a personal demeanor. She quickly became like a friend offering good advice and making recommendations that would have been helpful if we would have listened. Overall, Elizabeth was a wonderful agent as she was there on the front line dealing with the seller (a builder) and his representative. Her years of experience were evident. We admired her polite but forthright manner when dealing with people. (The builder's sales person, builder supervisor, settlement lawyer, etc.) She was there with us during settlement to make sure things were handled properly. She intervened whenever something appeared questionable which was very helpful because there were some things that needed repairing based on our home inspection. There were services available via Megan Aitken's Team that we did not take advantage of because of a lack of knowledge. Megan's staff was quick to reply to all of our calls and Emails. "You don't know what you don't." Elizabeth really helped take the edge off of the frustration and anxiety of buying this house. We would recommend Megan Aitken's Team and Elizabeth because we feel they are consistent from client to client and I don't like recommending. In this case I will gladly recommend this company!

ZillowVERIFIED Megan sold a home for us in 2020. She was very responsive and ultimately got us a great price, but the process of working with Megan was stressful, and she was disrespectful and unprofessional at every turn. First, she convinced us to spend thousands of dollars on painting and style changes during the hottest housing market in the past decade. We ended up receiving many above ask offers (she delivered on price). Still, Megan convinced us to take a dual agency offer over the rest because the transaction would be aEURoeeasieraEUR? she even gave us a .5% commission break. The good news ended here. Megan said we should give the buyer a price break of $25,000 at one point despite the fact we received three offers of equal value. She cursed me out in a voicemail, which Id be happy to share. Ultimately we got the deal done, but the buyer delayed closing two times. A simple sale in a hot market was a miserable experience because of Megan and the team. Choose a real estate professional that wont call you a Christmas grinch because you wont give her buyer a $25k discount below their original offer, and avoid dual agency deals.
