Keller Williams Realty Nashville-Music City

At the start of the first day our house was put on the market, 12 showings had already been scheduled. By the afternoon we had 2 full price offers, discussion about additional back up offers, and went under contract in one day. The extraordinary response was based on solid advice from Lori several months earlier about upgrades and repairs that needed to be done to make the house more marketable and, closer to the time of sale, help with staging (the staging was so successful that the buyer asked to buy our furniture!). During the inspection process, Lori helped us find affordable contractors who could get the work done quickly. She was very supportive throughout the process, answering all our questions and addressing concerns. I highly recommend Lori, her deep knowledge of the Nashville real estate market was an enormous asset at every step in the process of selling our home.

Lori was outstanding. We relocated 750 from NY to TN and Lori supported us the entire way. Lori helped us from the beginning of sending listing right down to attending the final walk through and face timing us in. Lori also helped with a one in a million complicated closing. Highly recommended.

Lori is amazing and an amazing realtor! She is very organized and on top of the entire process from start to finish. She and Rob walked with my son from qualifying to purchasing his first home!

Lori offered the perfect blend of expertise of the market and process and care and concern for my best interests when representing me on my home's sale and purchase a new place in the area. We had a very tight schedule to work with after a delay due to a historic ice storm in the area, and with her guidance we were still able to meet our deadlines!

I had a great experience working with Lori. Although the market conditions made it challenging to sell the property, Lori did everything she could to put us in the best possible position. She did an excellent job showcasing the home, making sure the listing looked its best, and staying on top of everything throughout the process. I really appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. She worked hard, was always available when we needed her, and made sure every step was handled properly. While the market ultimately didnt cooperate, I'm very grateful for all the effort Lori put into marketing and representing our property. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a hardworking and trustworthy real estate agent.
