The extraordinary response was based on solid advice from Lori several months earlier about upgrades and repairs that needed to be done to make the house more marketable and, closer to the time of sale, help with staging (the staging was so successful that the buyer asked to buy our furniture!). During the inspection process, Lori helped us find affordable contractors who could get the work done quickly. She helped me sell my lakefront home and two adjacent lots. As an out of state seller, she went far above and beyond to help move the process along and close the deals. She even helped to introduce me to a few contractors (to do some tile work / flooring, pressure washing, staging) and helped schedule them with access to the house since I was out of state. She also helped me schedule lot evaluations for septic and surveys, and made a high quality video of the home with overhead drone footage. Her marketing skills are top notch. She helped reach target audiences with email blasts and mail flyers, set up house of the month on Keller Williams, and I felt she did a great job leveraging her network to find prospective buyers. She knows the local market well and helped me get the most value possible out of the sales. One other thing I want to mention, which I think is one of the most important aspects of any working relationship, is that she is extremely responsive and communicative. She was in touch with me regularly to provide updates, listening to my needs, and promptly taking appropriate follow up measures to get action items completed quickly and effectively. I cant say enough good things. The experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I got more than I could have imagined out of the 3 sales. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a college student and figuring out where to live was very challenging due to the competitive real estate market in Nashville. Prices are high and finding an affordable place for most college students in Nashville puts them around a 15-20 minute drive from campus. I contacted Lori (who is a close family friend of mine) and her assistant Aaron guided my roommates and I through the whole process. Not only did they recommend houses for us, they headed up the whole process through reaching out to landlords and getting us the best place possible (low price and walking distance to school) to dealing with the drafting of the lease and payments. Meanwhile, my roommates and I had time to focus on our studies and not worry about where we were going to live. Another thing that amazed me by Lori and Aaron was that they were helping us through this process with little to no compensation involved. They treated us as if they were securing a big deal and gave us personal attention and time. They didn't have to help us find a place to live, but they did with all their effort and gave a ton of their time to us. Also, they were very patient with us and every time I had a question about something, I would get a response in minutes. I am so thankful for Lori and Aaron, and would recommend anybody to have them back you in the real estate business. All of a sudden my sister spotted a house in here neighborhood that was coming soon. We contacted Lori on a Wednesday and on Friday she summited a contract on Saturday our contract was accepted by the seller. Next we had to sell our house and Lori sold it after showing it starting Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon. Sold at 120,000 over asking price. ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Lori enough. We had sold our primary residence and were having trouble finding something we loved at a price we could afford, given the bidding wars of Nashville. We stumbled upon Lori one Sunday afternoon at an open house she was helping another agent with and we connected with her immediately. She was very kind, eager, and ready to step in and help us if we allowed it. A few hours later, we were on a zoom call and we decided to go with her, no questions asked. She blew us away with everything she had to offer which was in line with everything we experienced with her during the entire process. She wasn't trying to make a sale.. she was trying to help us find a home and we felt that the whole way through. It only took us a few days to find something and when it came in to put in our offer, we had ourselves braced for a bidding war, but somehow Lori negotiated us into a contract as ASKING price (which is unheard of in Nashville). We were thrilled! Once we went under contract and had to close in a month (which is tight).. but Lori had it under control.
