First of all Id like to thank Nicole for taking a chance on us. We met her at an open house when were just thinking about buying a house. She chatted us up and gave us her card. Couple days later she reached out and was willing to start showing us homes even though we hadnt gone through the pre approval process yet. From there she walked us through the whole home buying process. She was very patient with all our questions since we were first time buyers. We went through a couple offers before we finally found our home. She really did help in finding the perfect home for us. She was on top of her stuff relating to inspection findings and city permits, and if we had anyone other than her, we probably would have missed quite a lot of fixes that were not at our expense.
