We were only in Tennessee for a few days and we were incredibly blessed to connect with Sarah. She showed us the home we originally came out to see and as the house wasn't what we expected, she offered to set up some other showings. My husband (an engineer) was so impressed with her skill at listening to exactly what we wanted and she didn't suggest a single home that didn't fit our must-haves. Sarah worked tirelessly while we made two offers on two different homes. The first one had an offer already accepted and the second one fell out during inspections... something we might not have even done if not for Sarah as they are mostly not needed in California due to the seller disclosure process. We are so grateful for all of her help and expertise. She is smart, efficient, a great communicator, responsive, and as a bonus, she's hilarious! I would never work with anyone else!

Sarah is the best. She works so hard but loves her job and you can tell. She stuck with me through thick and thin. It landed me in the place I now love and am very happy. Sarah took me to see properties I thought I wanted but I learned that day that was not for me at all. It was not a problem. We picked up where we left off with my new perfect living arrangement and a lot more looking. She is a kind, good hearted person that likes helping people. She works so hard to do that.

My wife could not have asked for a better person to have as our realtor. We live out of town and she helped us find the perfect home for us to buy a short term rental. She went above and beyond in every facet and every detail of the process. She made video walk throughs of the houses for us. In fact, she went out of her way one day to go by a house that she thought may be in a bad neighborhood to find out that it had changed for the better! She answered all of our questions, eased our anxiety and thought of everything. She even went to the utility company to help set up the account when they were giving us the run around on the phone. We can't actually imagine buying a house any where without Sarah! We can't recommend her enough!

Chuck and Susan are simply the best this is the third house they have helped me with and i could not be more pleased with their expertise and also the way they care about their clients. i could not recommend them any higher! on a scale from 1 to five they are a six!!! thank you susan and chuck for going above and beyound to help me sell my home!
