While her and I were driving in Oakland she contacted the sales office of one of the builders several times asking questions about availability and everything was sold out. ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Susan and her team. I reached out a couple of months before I had anticipated looking for a home. Luckily for me, Susan was able to explain the local market and how my plan at the beginning would not be successful in my house hunting due to the demand. Her honesty allowed me time to make alternate arrangements, and once we were ready, she jumped in for me. She is incredibly responsive, and is exceptionally knowledgeable of the process, the people, and the area. Her advice/recommendations are accurate and timely. She is a tough negotiater and will work for your best interests. In our case, she was able to convince a selling agent that our offer was good, to take it, and to close viewings on the home. Once we were under contract (a seamless and incredibly efficient process), she and her team worked with us to have the inspection done on a Saturday to allow me to attend. The inspector her team used was amazing, and when the seller did not correct the actionable items in a timely manner, she pushed and cajoled until the work was complete. Her team made the long distance closing easy and seamless. Overall, Susan and her team made what could have been an extremely stressful transition fast, simple, and as stress-free as moving can be. I highly recommend Susan and Chuck House and their team.
