Keller Williams Realty Lancaster

From our first meeting, it was clear that Tim is professional, tenacious, and compassionate. He came to our house fully prepared with a comprehensive knowledge of our local market, trends, and a strategy for offering us the clearest path for a seamless sale of our house at the best possible outcome. He was easy to work with and always available for questions and updates. He was always looking out for our best interest. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sale a new house. Dorothy and I have been working together, buying and selling real estate for years. She has the experience, wisdom, and grit to be successful in this incredibly competitive market and has given me that competitive edge to be able to obtain properties that I wouldn't be able to have with other less experienced agents. There's no other real estate agent that I would even consider using to continue to build my portfolio.

First time homeowner here thanks to Tim and his team! Tim is simply a wonderful guy who goes above and beyond for his clients. Makes them feel very comfortable and informed. Always available for any questions or concerns you may have. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone who is looking for a realtor who is professional while being very kind and personable. 5/5 for sure! Thank you, Tim!

From my initial meeting through to the close, Tim was professional, courteous, organized, punctual and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and allowed me the space to make my own decisions. He was a valuable resource helping me get through the process of purchasing the house that I wanted. I cant thank him enough for the teamwork and support. I'm very happy.

I would like to start by saying Thank You to Tim and to Carrie for a perfect job on the sale of our home. Working with Tim has been a wonderful experience, very respectful person, excellent knowledge, and superb seller. Carrie was excellent in her Marketing skills, the way she used her words to fabulously describe our home and the beauty of it. These 2 people did a fabulous job!! Thank you to Keller Williams Realty for having these great people. I would recommend Tim for your next property to be sold or for anyone to purchase! Thank you 'BESTLIFE' team!! Lisa And Dan Tesmer
