ZillowVERIFIED We sold a home in a small rural town that most people have never heard of, but Tim and Carrie managed to get it the exposure it needed, bringing in five offers over asking price and closing at nearly 25% above. Tim was always just a friendly phone call away with answers to any questions and seemed available whenever we needed him. If I have another real estate sale or purchase, this dynamic duo will definitely be my first call.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim did a fantastic job helping us purchase a property in NY. We are from PA, so things can get a little tricky when it comes to seeing the property, negotiating with the sellers, as well as the closing. With Tim's help, we understood where we were in the process the entire time. Tim even went above and beyond after closing. We started working on the property immediately, and Tim stopped by with pizzas from everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Tim via a friend that works for KW. I hired Tim to sell my townhome in West Seneca. A new home about 1.75 yrs., I bought new. He explained in detail the process of valuing it, marketing it and closing on a final sale. Tim followed-up with me via text and occasional phone call. I was never at a loss of where we were in the process. This wife, Carrie, is also part of the team with marketing. She told me how the marketing was going to happen. I am so happy with the teams performance. 5 Stars for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED Your first home purchase is a very important milestone and is not inherently as easy as buying a car. I was very fortunate to meet Tim at an open house and was lucky enough to have him be willing to help me as my agent through my first home buying experience. I had a ton of questions throughout the process, and Tims knowledgebase, communication, and dedication was unbeatable. There was once an eight day stretch where I talked with him every day, and he was extremely energetic and positive every time we talked. He is very knowledgeable of the area, the market, and any red flags to look for while looking at house. I genuinely cannot recommend Tim (and team) enough! I would not hesitate to call Tim again, but I will not need to for a while since he helped me get such a nice house.

ZillowVERIFIED I had heard horror stories about home-buying, so I was nervous about beginning the process. In no time, I felt very confident with Tim on my team. Long-story short, in just a month, my offer was accepted for my dream home! The accepted purchase price was less than asking and way below the home's value, so I was VERY pleased. We were even able to purchase a larger lot than the seller initially offered. There were a lot of moving parts during this deal. Tim handled all of the coordination between the lender and lawyer and everybody else involved. I'm very grateful for my new home and how Tim handled the entire deal. I highly recommend working with him when you're looking to purchase a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Tim Maciejewski for a number of reasons. He is professional, responsive, knowledgable and helpful. He quickly followed up with any questions I had and without fail, always had a great attitude. Truth is, Tim went above and beyond to help me collect preliminary data and make decisions that benefitted me the most, even when he could have lost a commission because of it. He looked out for my best interest when that wasn't to his financial benefit. Tim also knows his business so well he managed the process in such a way I quickly received multiple offers resulting in an above-asking-price contract.
