Keller Williams Realty

We had the pleasure of working with Victoria during our first home-buying journey, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning, she made the entire process simple and stress-free. Victoria was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and patient, answering all of our questions and guiding us every step of the way. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is not only experienced but also genuinely cares about making your home-buying experience a positive one, Victoria is the one to work with!

I live in Oregon and was appointed as the Trustee for an estate with residential property in Southern California. What a mess with squatters that needed to be evicted and then the home was trashed! Victoria handled the entire process. I never even saw the property in person. Victoria worked with the attorneys for the eviction, got the home cleaned up and ready for sale, and then sold the property within a week after listing it! She is wonderful and I highly recommend her.

Hands down the smoothest and fastest real estate transaction we have ever experienced. Victoria is a seasoned professional with a robust skill set. We especially appreciated her prompt/strong communication style aEUR" she is a great listener, had perfect recommendations, and never tried to talk us in/out of anything; she offered much needed peace of mind, as we live out of state and had never personally met; AND she is well-versed in 1031 exchange and wrapped up our deal in only six weeks. 100% Satisfied. Cannot thank her enough.

Victoria responds to texts within minutes no matter the time of day, is honest, and is a great negotiator. She helped us sell our home and buy our dream home in less than 2 months, managing to close both on the same day and even get us a rent back while we renovate! We are so happy and do not anticipate needing a realtor anytime soon, but if we do, theres no doubt it will be Victoria!

Victoria helped us sell our house this summer, getting us a competitive offer that met our expectations in less than 3 weeks of listing our house. She made the process incredibly smooth and nearly hands-off for us which was ideal, helping to facilitate staging, photography and videography for top-tier listing strategies, and running multiple weeks of open houses. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, pricing strategy, and helped guide us about renovations to make in the house pre-sale that would get us the most return. She is also a pleasure to work with! I cannot recommend her enough as an agent and will be working with her on all future transactions.
