ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers in an extremely dynamic and chaotic Orange County market, we really needed an agent that could offset our lack of experience and constructively direct our enthusiasm. We ended up in an our ideal home and neighborhood thanks to Vickis tenacity and sage advice. It seemed like the market was different every two days. Homes coming and going and prices changing by the hour. Vickis constant availability and flexibility allowed us to respond quickly when an opportunity presented itself, but Vicki was also sure to discuss our goals and needs and make sure the properties we were viewing would accomplish these goals. I strongly recommend Vicki to anyone venturing out into this extremely competitive Orange County market. Her knowledge, tenacity, and shared passion for finding your dream home will do any buyer well!

ZillowVERIFIED VickiWith the help of Vicki, my husband and I finally got our dream home! Vicki was there for us every single step of the way and in any way we needed. We have been looking for a home in a specific community and Vicki made sure we were always the first people called to check the homes out. She gave us great advice and fought for us to be able to live in our dream home. The whole process was quick and smooth. We closed in three weeks! Vicki went out of her way to accommodate us since we bought a fixer upper and was available to us at any time. She always went above beyond and allowed us to into the house to have contractors look at the house with the sellers approval. We asked Vicki to meet us so that a contractor could give us an estimate. She was busy at the time, but said she would rearrange her schedule so that it would work with our schedule. When she came, she even brought homemade brownies! Who does that!!!?!? Those are just a few instances that show how great of an agent and person Vicki is. She treated us as family and continues to. She totally took care of us and without her, there would be no way we got our home. THANK YOU, VICKI!! We are eternally grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED Several months ago, my mother passed away and I needed to sell the home in which I grew up and was raised in Fountain Valley, CA. While this task seemed daunting and quite emotional to accomplish, we met an amazing realtor, Vicki Paparella with Realty One Group. Having seen an open house in my mothers neighborhood, we decided to pop in and meet the realtor. Vicki greeted us with a smile and a warm and genuine heart, and we knew immediately that Vicki would be the one for us to honor my mother in the selling of her home. Living out of the area, we knew that managing the refurbishment and sale of the home would be a challenge. Vicki reassured us that she would take care of everything in a way which would be consistent with our wishes, while using her expertise in a way which would be most beneficial to us. Vicki?s wide range of contacts in Southern California was accessed on a regular basis while we were remodeling the residence. And because we trusted Vicki intrinsically, each step was accomplished seamlessly, on time, and with the exact details promised. Vicki Paparella has been such a blessing to us, and has worked tirelessly, as if my mothers home belonged to her personally. The final outcome looks amazing, and I know my mother would be so proud with how her home has turned out. And when the for sale sign is hung, we know we were led and directed by the best realtor in the area. We would highly recommend Vicki Paparella for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I never write review but my experience with Vickie Paparella is excellent. She sold my house in TWO WEEKS, she is on top of everything what is going on and all the selling strategies. Very responsive and will explain to me in details of all confusions I may have as it was my first experience selling a house. She will patiently explain to me and will give me options. For sure she is always at your side with self confidence and positive attitude. She is hard working and believes in Open House as much as she can so she can explain to the buyers all about the house and so she will be there to answer all questions from the buyers. I wish I can find the same real estate agent in the area where I moved. Vickie a million thanks for your hard work and driven attitude, my house was sold fast and so the process to the end. God bless you and more power!

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki Paparella was referred to me by a friend and came immediately to show us a condo that same day. Vicki worked tirelessly in a very professional way to sell our home in Huntington Place. She was always willing to do an open house and arranged many showings for us. Vicki is a fair and tough negotiator and was a fabulous advocate for us in all the situations that presented themselves. She has a very friendly, composed, and quieting presence about her, but is very willing to get the best deal possible for her clients. Vicki goes above and beyond the call of duty and truly wants to serve her clients and their best interests. I have great appreciation of Vicki and heartily recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I got to know Vicki through zillow and I was very satisfied. She was able to buy me the house I wanted by helping me get the deal by positively proposing to the sellers agent for me. Vicki then did a careful job of providing up-to-date information and information on everything that happened with buying real estate. She confirmed that all the repairs needed to be done were complete and gave me everything the buyer could. From beginning to end, Vicki was on top of things and did amazing things. I recommend her with 100% confidence.

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent! We ran into Vicki one weekend at an open house, but were more interested in another home a couple streets down. She went out of her way to make arrangements for us to see that house that evening. We fell in love with the house and Vicki was with us through every step of the buying process. Vicki never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly to us. We are so happy and blessed to have met Vicki. We now have the dream home we always wanted thanks to her! I would 100% recommend Vicki to someone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki came to us a year ago while she was on the hunt for a home in our area for a buyer, we were not ready to sell at the time but had such a positive interaction with her that when we were ready to do so (a whole year later) she was the one we chose to help us. I?m so glad we did. She was kind, knowledgeable, very responsive, graciously handled our crunched time table, and managed what I am convinced was the best deal for our home that we could have possibly gotten. If you?re looking for an agent to guide you through the process of buying or selling your home in Huntington Beach, Vicki is the one for you.

We now live in Chicago! Vicki was a complete task master with excellent contacts and communication skills not only back to us but with all they necessities needed in California. We got the house ready in less than 3 weeks!! Remember we live 2500 miles away. ZillowVERIFIED It was Vickys persistence that brought her and us together to transact our recent home sale. We found her to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable and capable not qualities that all Realestate people have. She is the total package and we can not thank her enough! Many people selling there home will go with the realtor that is known in the neighborhood, this can be a big mistake. Just because someone throws garage sales year after year, does not make them a professional who is going to fight for you. Vicky, is that and more. She has the best interest of her client in mind at all times, and will be there for you form the beginning until the end. She is truly one in a million and we would recommend her to all!

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki sold my last home in 2006 and was then instrumental in assisting me in finding a new home to purchase in 2016. I cant believe I rented an apartment for those 10 years, it was too long. During my recent purchase, I was very consumed with issues arising in my office. Vicki was quite helpful in dealing with issues that needed to be addressed at the home, allowing me to stay focused in my office.

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki did a terrific job helping me sell a house in Fountain Valley California. I was the trustee for the estate of a loved one and had no experience buying or selling a home. Also, I live in Washington State, which complicated matters even more. Vicki made the process so wonderful and easy. She took care of everything, including many things that are probably outside her job description. I would recommend Vicki to anyone who is looking for a friendly, experienced and professional agent.
