Tim and his team did a great job for us from beginning to end with our home listing, photos, advertising and sale. Their help and guidance were invaluable, especially when issues arise that needed a prompt response. Great team effort and always reasonable with issue resolution. A great experience throughout.

My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Nicole. From our very first conversation, Nicole went above and beyond. She started by asking about our preferences, listened to our feedback, was very prompt in follow up, and provided options that we hadnt thought to consider. Overall, she is professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. We highly recommend Nicole Romeo.

Chris has great negotiating skills and the ability to ascertain an entire situation. We bought a home that has been what we hoped for without crazy overpaying above list due to his knowledge and abilities. I would recommend him as an honest and ethical agent that you can trust. To add to this we called him for a sale in Savannah, he introduced us to an agent Ryan, for the area that was a great fit for my daughters first home closed last week, also of the pierce group. I was also impressed as we stopped by the office only to find every agent was present for continuous training to keep them up to date on the industry standards.

This was my 7th home purchase and, without question, the most complex. I spent nearly 3 years researching the area and, in particular 55+ communities while living out of state, which was challenging. Throughout it all, Nicole Romeo was exceptional and went well beyond in my opinion. She is professional, warm, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Nicole constantly provided honest advice, helped me navigate every obstacle, and gave me the needed information to make an informed decision. What could have been overwhelming became manageable because of Nicoles dedication, outstanding communication, market knowledge, and commitment. I am grateful for her support and couldnt have asked for a better realtor. I highly recommend Nicole and the entire team at The Pierce Group. They are simply outstanding! Lisa Greer

We are very fortunate enough to work with Nikki on the purchase of our home. She was very professional knowledgeable grew up in the area so she knew exactly where to guide us. One of her best qualities were extensive knowledge and follow up. We have family moving to the area soon and they are looking forward to working with Nikki and if I was somebody looking to move to the low country, I would highly recommend her.
