She was terrific to work with and the Peirce group is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and energetic young woman. I have a friend that does real estate and he was able to give me some insight as to what I was to expect but he wasnt able to assist in the purchase because he wasnt licensed in SC. I chose Chris because my friend recommended him to me. Recommendations go a long way, especially from someone that you know. I was looking for someone that was knowledgeable in the area and that could make me feel comfortable. Chris knew his way around the city and it seemed as though he had the answers to all of my questions right in his head, even questions that were specific to some of the properties that we saw. Since this is my first home I dont have anything to compare it to but this is about as smooth a process as you can ask for. After my offer was accepted, I did go house shopping with a friend of mine in Colorado and his realtor showed me how good I had it. He had a hard time finding the properties that he was trying to show my friend. My service and experience over all was excellent. I most appreciated the fact that all my requests were being met, even when I felt like I was being a burden, Chris assured me that he was good. Most of all, given my schedule, he had no problem meeting with me during the weekends to go look at houses. I decided to buy because I was just tired of always renting. Although this was a very big decision on my part, I should have bought a long time ago. Its actually not as bad as I thought and the team at the Peirce Group made it that much better. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking at buying in the area. I hope Chris is around when I'm ready for my next move.
