Ben was a savior of a realtor! I had a lot of specific goals and wants for my first house, and he helped me look through the options and explained the pros/cons of different houses, always putting what I needed first. When I had an issue that put us in a time crunch, he came through with quick action on document submissions and advice, and was very responsive and helpful. I also needed to switch lenders last minute, and he was able to refer me to a great lender that helped get the job done! I ended up buying a foreclosure, and he helped navigate that more complicated process as well. Overall would highly recommend Ben, and will definitely go to him first for any home buying/selling needs in the future.
