Working with Carol from August 2025 through April 2026 was an incredible experience, my Boyfriend and I truly could not have asked for a better realtor as first time home buyers. After more than 20 property showings and several offers, We finally closed on a home in our dream neighborhood! When things got frustrating she never dismissed our concerns - instead she met us with empathy and encouragement, reminding us, " We will find the right home." And, she was right. :) One thing that really stood out was her dedication and teamwork. If she was unavailable for a showing - very rarely - she always coordinated with someone from her team so we never missed an opportunity. From the moment I met Carol at an open house, I had a feeling she would be someone special to work with ---- and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. The day we closed, I immediately referred a friend to her because that's how confident I am in the experience she provides. Ben was a savior of a realtor! I had a lot of specific goals and wants for my first house, and he helped me look through the options and explained the pros/cons of different houses, always putting what I needed first. When I had an issue that put us in a time crunch, he came through with quick action on document submissions and advice, and was very responsive and helpful. I also needed to switch lenders last minute, and he was able to refer me to a great lender that helped get the job done! I ended up buying a foreclosure, and he helped navigate that more complicated process as well. Overall would highly recommend Ben, and will definitely go to him first for any home buying/selling needs in the future.
