ZillowVERIFIEDVanessa initially handled the leasing of one of our rental properties when we were away and unable to do it ourselves. Frankly, we found that she did a better job and produced a better lease than we had been doing in the past. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had during the process and took care of all the details. So, when we decided to sell one of our properties, we immediately thought of her, and she made suggestions to enhance the property for sale and took care of all the details for the sale while we were again out of town. Venessa has now handled the sale of two properties for us with, by the way, financial results exceeding our expectations. We will use Vanessa again.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time, single, home seller, I needed a trusted advisor to guide me through the selling process. Vanessa provided that guidance, including timely communications late at night and while she was on vacation. Her estimate of the selling price was spot on. Vanessa facilitated the document signing and closing process to meet my scheduled move out of state. I highly recommend Vanessa - a true professional and trusted advisor.

ZillowVERIFIED Both my wife and myself contacted Vanessa after reading her reviews we arranged a meeting to discuss the sale of our home in Mohnton upon arrival she was carrying what we found to be a sale contact she walked the property and through out the home assured us the house should sell quickly so we signed the contract as the promised advertising was very poor at best a showing was followed by a second showing which produced an offer after a home inspection some very minor repairs was in question a sold sign was installed and a deposit was given home taken off market we were then told the potential buyers had roof concerns which roof had been inspected by there inspector and found to be in good condition through the process our house had been taken off the market then we got the phone call and was told potential buyers had backed out having asked for meeting with realtor owner and Vanessa we found buyers had backed out 2 weeks before we were informed due to our contract only had days before due to expire Vanessa Doaty left that realtor and works for another we hired a new realtor sold within 3 months had excellent service when you put the commission before your clients interests you loose

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa Doaty has handled the rental of a property we own and which we previously rented on our own. We used to advertise, show the property, evaluate the prospective renters and prepare the lease. She did all of those steps quickly and efficiently and we feel the results are better than if we had done it ourselves. She proposed a locally utilized standard lease form that we think will provide better long term results than the lease we had been using. We really appreciated her attentiveness to detail and will certainly use her for future rental needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa got my partner and I through the processes of selling of my house and helping us to find our dream home professionally for about a year's time until we found the right home for us! Her patience and availability were greatly appreciated. Vanessa made sure to contract very reputable photographers, advertised strategically, and helped my home to sell in just one weekend! Any home we wanted to see (which was many) - she scheduled either that day or within a few days. Vanessa connected us with knowledgeable mortgage and financing brokers to get us the best rates and a seamless process. Vanessa was by our side every step of the way and all recommendations were in our best interest and tailored to our wish list!

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa is very conscientious and knowledgeable in her real estate transactions. Her guidance had helped us tremendously. We were most impressed when she was able to sell our house in five days, which only goes to show that she provides excellent service. Vanessa had also sold a rental property that we had. We were very pleased with the negotiating process in that we received an offer close to our asking price. We realized that the property was difficult to sell because of it's location, but Vanessa was able to sell that property within a short amount of time. We can't praise her enough for a job well done!

ZillowVERIFIED As a Millennial who just bought his first home, many high tech opportunities exist in selecting a Realtor. Fortunately I met Vanessa Doaty, who brought the qualities that are often lost in todays business interactions. They are Conscientiousness, Courtesy, and Character.Vanessa demonstrated her Conscientiousness by her thorough discovery about the property. Her experience in local and current property values gave me peace of mind when it was time to make an offer which was accepted. Courtesy is not so common any more, and Vanessa respected my busy schedule and diligently responded to my concerns. From the initial offer to the final negotiations, I had confidence in her as a result of her respectful treatment. Finally Character is key in trusting anyone. Vanessa always responded timely, was prompt to my appointments and encouraged me when I was anxious about the purchase. Vanessa truly made this purchase a pleasant experience and is worthy of your trust.

ZillowVERIFIED I decided years ago that I wouldn't work with anyone but Vanessa and it was the best choice I made. I bought my house now just short of a year and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Vanessa not only found us the house we wanted, but she also lead me in the right direction for my mortgage. I couldn't be any happier with my real estate professional. If my next move is local she will be my go to agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Vanessa a few years ago when I first began looking to purchase a home. She always sent updated house list, emails...checking in. We spoke on the phone a few times. With this being said I signed a contract for one year as my realtor. Unfortunately my finances took a turn for the worse and there wasn't a home in the picture for us then. Vanessa always kept in touch sending home kists, newsletters...asking if I was stilling looking. She really cares, knowledgeable about just anything and has contacts for everything. Now in 2014 things are looking good and Vanessa is still my realtor and we will be buying this year. She is a really wonderful person and I'm glad I found her.
