We were so lucky to have Kayla as our realtor when we bought our home in CT. It was during the pandemic housing frenzy and due to our limited budget, it took us close to 3 months before finding the right one. We must had toured 100+ homes with her and she was always patient and helpful. She is also very friendly and overall just incredibly easy to get along with. We trusted her so much we had her finding our new tenants when we eventually moved out to a different state. For both times, she was professional and efficient, and we had every expectation met. You will not go wrong with Kayla!

When I decided to move back from Manchester to my hometown of Willimantic Jordan Gardiner was recommended to me. I was hesitant to use her because she was a new realtor. There was quite a few issues with my buying and selling a home and I wasn't sure if she could handle my needs. I decided to give this young lady a chance and emailed her. Within 15 minutes I had a response from Jordan and we made a date for her and I to meet the following afternoon. I knew I was going to sign on with this young lady before we finished our coffee! She was everything I wanted when looking for a realtor. My calls....and there were lots.....were answered usually within the hour and if she didn't know the answer Jordan would find a senior co-worker to ask. She sold my house in 22 days and got me in my new home before the closing of my Manchester home! If there is ever a time I decide to move again I will contact Ms. Gardiner and no one else!
