ZillowVERIFIEDLisa made the process of selling our house as stress-free as possible! Her knowledge and response time is impressive, and the amount of time she puts into her clients is unmatched. From pricing our home, referring us to local contractors for necessary work, setting up professional photography, navigating any issue that arose, right to her sitting beside us at closing - she made us feel like her #1 priority always. Thank you, Lisa!

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold several homes over the years and Simply Sold Realty is the best. They make what you want, what they want, and then they make it happen. They have all the resources and experience required to get you through the process, and any hiccups that come up, correctly and efficiently. They are knowledgeable, helpful, organized, timely, courteous, and will go the extra mile (or 60!) for you. Working with them was a smooth, pleasant, enjoyable, experience, 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa helped us sell our home of 19 years. The selling process had changed quite a bit since we last bought and sold a home and we relied on her significantly to keep us informed of all the changes in the market and home sale process. We felt secure she was there to assist us whenever we needed her help. We asked a lot of questions along the way and she was able to get answers to us quickly and forward to a successful sale and closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was very helpful in getting my home set-up for the sale. She helped me determine a reasonable price to gain the interest of many potential buyers. She was at my home the day it went on the market, even though she did not need to be, to insure that all of the viewings went smoothly since there were so many scheduled. My home was sold above the asking price in 2 days. She helped me navigate through the after offer process, since my buyers were a bit difficult and insured that the house closed on time. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their house quickly and efficiently for the top dollar amount

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa's knowledge on the market in the area is incomparable. We buy and sell quickly due to our processions and Lisa knew just what to do at just the right time to maximize our return. She is quick, honest, and really does take on all the little behind the scenes work so we were calm, relaxed and as unbothered as possible. Lisa represented us as a buyer and a seller on the same property.

ZillowVERIFIED Choosing Lisa Barstow as our realtor is the best decision we made for our recent home sale and home purchase. As a sellers agent shes attentive to market trends and highlighted our homes best features. She hired a photographer to take professional pictures to illustrate the listing. Lisa utilizes myriad platforms and multiple sites online to reach the broadest audience of home buyers. Lisa is expeditious and thorough: inquiries, appointments, offers, and contracts were met with quick response and diligent preparation. Additionally, Lisa kept us apprised of each development as it occurred, which alleviated much of the doubt and concern that accompanies major life transitions. Despite listing during the season of inclement, unpredictable weather and winter holidays, our house sold in a mere twelve weeks. As a buyers agent, Lisa conscientiously represents her clients throughout their search, selection, inspections, and negotiation of home purchase. She tirelessly (and willingly!) showed us numerous properties and provided honest assessments for us to make well-informed decisions. She has a vast network of highly skilled home inspectors, mortgage brokers, and companies whom she recommends, if requested. Her referrals maintained the same high standards for client satisfaction. With Lisas coordination, we found and moved into a new home in just three weeks; everything from our search to financing, inspections to closing was accomplished by people who made us feel like our home purchase was a shared goal. You will feel like Lisas only client. She is personable and kind, as well as being an incredibly knowledgeable and savvy realtor. She is an exceptional advocate who flawlessly represented our home to the buyers agent and fiercely supported our interests to the sellers agent. We believe Lisas candor and skillful negotiation with other brokers enabled our successful home sale and purchase. We wholeheartedly recommend Lisa Barstow for all real estate needs. She is an amazing realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had a great experience buying our first home and that is because we did it with Lisa Barstow as our realtor. She is the BEST! She was always able to book showings around our schedule and usually found us a few extra houses to check out in the neighborhoods that she knew were our style. She became a great friend and resource who really took the time with us to explain the process as we were trying to understand everything involved in buying a house (loans, credit checks, pre-approvals, timelines etc.) Lisa Barstow always puts her clients first and it shows. We never had anything to worry about because we knew we were in good hands. I highly recommend her. You won't regret it!!
