Ashlee was amazing! Super seamless process and made first-time buying a breeze! We are so happy to have our nice home and cant wait to get it all set up and comfy. Thank you Ashlee for everything :)

Josh has helped us buy and sell two homes as well as helping our three adult children buy and or sell homes. Josh has been consistently excellent in all of our dealings with him. He is thorough in the entire process and patient with questions and explaining processes. Our last experience had some truly challenging situations and he handled them with poise and utter professionalism. A great problem solver you truly feel like he has your best interest at all times. Would recommend him always with 5 stars and would give 10 if the scale went that far .

As a mom living seven states away watching my 21 year old son buy his first home could have been much more stressful. Instead Aly Gordon at Knickerbocker Real Estate guided us expertly and swiftly through. Their media and marketing presence are hip yet their online tools are easy to navigate for a not so savvy techie as myself. I made Alys acquaintance nearly a decade ago and when she shifted careers to Real Estate I began following and supporting her. I bought my last home in aEUR~08 and sold in aEUR~20 never wanting to be a homeowner own again. Fast forward to only a few months back! From her first meeting my Iowa crew, she took my son under her wing; mentoring and guiding him through the entire process. Working around my massive physical distance, my sons weird availability; and her own busy schedule she showed him a wide range of properties. All while understanding our unique situation, mindful of our budget. She maintained constant communication with us both and patiently deciphering for us every single step in the home buying process. If you are in the market for a multimillion mansion or humble beginnings: we highly recommend Aly Gordon as your real estate agent! She is genuine, and goes above and beyond with the clients best interest at the forefront. SINCERELY - New Home Owners, Stephanie Priest & Max Monahan

We started looking for a house in September of 2025. After looking at houses here and there as they popped up, nothing was really measuring up to what we wanted. We decided to up our price. So, we started looking at more. Still, nothing was measuring up. So, after more discussions, we decided to build. Throughout this whole process, Ashlee was patient, immensely helpful, and just all-around fantastic. She was with us every step of the way. Once we started the build process, she was helping us find lots and builders that were within our range, transparent through all of it. Once we decided on a builder she made all the appointments, got us in touch with everyone we needed. She was there helping from start to finish. None of this would have been possible without her and her team. She also, helped sell our old house. Everything that the buyer wanted, big, small, cosmetic or major she would help with suggestions and strategy. If something needed fixed or done, she had a contact for absolutely EVERYTHING! Truly a one-stop shop for real-estate buying/selling. We can't express our gratitude enough for what her and her team did. As stressful as it is to buy and sell a house she is a true professional and in the end, a friend.

We absolutely loved working with Ashlee, she is simply the best! Moving from another state and buying remotely can be quite nerve-wracking, to say the least. Ashlee made the whole process seamless and exciting! She helped us find land and went above and beyond in setting up meetings with local builders. Ashlee was very knowledgeable, quick to respond, always advocated for us, and a professional. Thank you Ashlee & team for all your hard work!
