ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not have found a better real estate agent to sell our acreage! Joshua did a thorough evaluation of our property, ran market reports and gave us recommendations to get the place ready to be listed. He was knowledgeable of the area and current market, kind, enthusiastic to sell the property and kept us up to date along the way. We actually interviewed multiple agents prior to choosing Joshua. Our acreage sold in less than 1 week for +$60k more than one of the other agents recommended to list it at. We highly recommend Joshua Jenkins!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh did an excellent job and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He was professional and knowledgeable about the process. He helped us through all the different inspections as well as helping us out with getting the grass cut the day we moved in. We were moving in from a different part of the state and he knew plenty of local contractors and who we should talk to. I was very happy with the whole experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy and sell in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh gave us a unparalleled home buying experience. He is always professional and up to date in each step of the home buying process. He guides flawlessly though all the issues that come up. He has attention to detail and ensures all the pieces come together on time and done right. He follows up faithfully on any questions or concerns that arise. We had a final walk though the night before closing just to make sure everything was ready to go. He also was present at our closing in case any questions came up. You will not find a better person to work with than Josh.

ZillowVERIFIED Joshua did great selling our home, and he also gave us pointers when purchasing in another area. The most important thing is he listened to our expectations and gave us the feedback to selling our home effectively. He actually does something when it comes to home sales around the area. He markets like a big city agent, and takes care to get the most out your home so you take more equity with you, which is the biggest reason for choosing him.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh was great to work with, especially when buying my first home. I will be honest I was nervous when we first met, because it was hard for me to trust any stranger with this big of a decision, but I was quickly shown a level of trust from Josh upfront when he told me," We could be looking at 30+ homes before we find the one, but I am here to help you find it". What josh excels at the most is being honest and telling his clients how it is. Josh is not afraid to tell his clients the truth and his honest opinion. I remember a couple of houses I really liked that Josh steered me away because of issues and problems I didn't even think about! I appreciated his ability to help me think about problems I wasn't even considering. Overall, Josh and I look at like 20+ homes before we found the one which I appreciate josh's patience as I was not the most specific when looking for a starter home. I would highly recommend Josh as your next real estate agent, especially if you are buying your first house!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh was outstanding, really did everything it took to get the job done. Josh is what you would call a premium agent, he is super friendly and professional at the same time. Don't stress about the hassle of finding a reputable contractor and scheduling your inspections for your future home because he does that too. All in all this is a hard working man who is obviously very good at what he does, I wouldn't hesitate to ever recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell their home. Josh is the first and the last agent we will ever use.

ZillowVERIFIED From day one Josh proved to be an excellent choice. Before he was even my realtor he took the time to hop on a 30-minute phone call and explain different programs Iowa has for first-time home buyers and recommended a variety of people to go to for preapproval. When it came time to house hunting Josh gave me his best advice on each house we looked at. Without Josh, I surely would've made a bad investment. I definitely have a realtor for life!

Josh was always available to answer any questions that we had, even after closing. He always gave great advice when needed and always looked out for our best interest. If we could rate Josh higher than five stars we would! We definitely recommend Josh for any buying/selling needs and will definitely only use him in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh has helped us in the early stages of a home search, and I can't say enough good about him. I've used different realtors in the past for different homes, and none have been as helpful, have responded as quickly, and accomodated OUR needs like Josh. I highly recommend Josh to anyone buying or selling a home.
