My wife and I recently purchased a home, the circumstances we were in were far from ideal. The home containing the apartment in which we lived was being sold and we were being pressured to vacate. The situation was compounded by the fact that we were in the middle of the pandemic and due to COVID both my wife and myself were unemployed. We were fumbling around online with little direction and having no success. Then our fortunes turned, we called on a particular house and came in contact with a real estate broker. named Lynn Dates. Lynn was and is fantastic. After listening to our situation she put us in touch with a finance company for approval. Lynn then set up programs for us narrowing our search for our needs and financial constraints. The whole process was so much easier and more productive. For the next few weeks we checked in with Lynn on almost a daily basis, she always took the time to research our finds and answer all our questions. We eventually located a house we really liked, called Lynn and within a few minutes were given access to view the home. We contacted Lynn who put an offer in for us the next day, we accepted the counter offer and were off. I have heard it said that success in business has everything to do with contacts and I wholeheartedly agree. Lynn put us in contact with some terrific people, from the finance, to the insurance and attorneys offices everyone was fantastic. We are in our new home now and absolutely love it, I am convinced that we would not be here now if not for Lynn. On top of everything else Lynn saved us a considerable amount of money on the purchase of our home. Anyone who is looking for a real estate professional could do no better than to contact Lynn.

We met Lynn at a random Open House. We had experiences with other realtors where they would waste our time showing us houses that did not meet any of the specifications that we wanted in a house. We instantly found that we had a connection to Lynn. She was so patient with us and encouraged us through the process of buying a home, which can be a stressful time. She paid attention during our conversations to what we wanted in a home and helped us to stay focused on what our goals in a home were. She went above and beyond to help us to find a home in the neighborhood that we were interested in, even sending our letters to see if she might prompt someone to sell. She is VERY knowledgeable in all aspects of buying, selling, or building a home! Lynn was available ANY TIME to text or call with questions that we had, or to set up an appointment to see any homes that we were interested in. She spent a lot of time sitting at our kitchen table until all of our questions were answered. Lynn was AWESOME helping us to prepare our home to get top dollar before we put it up for sale. We ended up selling our house in 3 days, and negotiated for more money than the buyer had offered. We found that Lynn was truly wanting to make the process of buying/selling a home a pleasant experience. We would recommend her to anyone and we would definitely have her as our realtor in the future! She is not only our realtor, but has become our friend. We even plan to invite her over once we are settled in our new home.
