ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Cassandra and her team enough! As a first-time homebuyer, my uncle was nervous about the entire process, but Cassandra went above and beyond from day one. She connected him with an amazing lender who helped him secure a $10,000 grant toward his down payment, which was truly a game changer and made homeownership possible for him. That was only the beginning of the incredible experience. When they found his dream home, the inspection revealed that the furnace needed major repairs. Cassandra advocated for him every step of the way and negotiated not just a repair, but a completely brand-new furnace from the seller. Her dedication, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a realtor who truly has your best interests at heart and will fight for you every step of the way, Cassandra is the one to call. Thank you for helping make my uncle's dream of homeownership come true!

ZillowVERIFIED Having the opportunity to work with Cassandra, and her team was such an amazing experience from the very first meeting in the coffee shop to the closing date where my children were able to experience a life-changing journey. I will highly recommend Cassandra her team to anyone that is looking to purchase a property. She deserves and her team every flower and star that they can receive. From the transparency , to the warmth filling of working together and not just filling as though someone was just trying to push papers around to sell you a home . This process can be long and make you feel as though youre ready to give up Cassandra wont allow you to give up she reminds you that she is here to help you through those hard times as well because she understands them better than anyone! We would like to give a huge THANK YOU from the Moselys !

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Cassandra and her team was amazing. I was initially drawn to her because shes a young, black, realtor making strides in her industry. It didnt take long for me to see exactly how shed made a proud name for herself. Shes very knowledgeable about the locations in Rochester and what area would work for my benefit. She was very punctual and accommodating. She was compassionate and easy to talk to during the entire process. I thoroughly enjoyed her and her team from the first meeting all the way up until closing. She frequently checked on me even after the offer was signed to see how I was doing. She negotiated my offer to help ease my peace of mind. She made the environment very intimate and reassuring that she was here for me. I truly believe this was a God given talent. I wouldnt have wanted to experience it with anybody else.

ZillowVERIFIED Dear Miss Cassandra BradleyOne year ago we were thinking of selling our house. We kept putting it off. By recommendation you were mentioned. We met with you. Your years of experience made it easy to understand the concept of selling our home. We did see the honesty, knowledge and work ethics passion you have for your job. You are very detailed oriented. You explained everything we needed to know. You were very professional, spunky and outgoing. We felt like we knew you for years. We moved forward with having you as our listing agent to sell our home. You listed our property and couldn't be more pleased on how fast it sold. I highly recommend you. ZillowVERIFIED Sandy made a tremendous impact in my life helping me find a home and relocate across the country. She is resourceful and has a keen eye for the needs of her clients. I was living in Minnesota while her associate, Tiffany, did video walkthroughs of homes they thought would be a good fit. Their input and recommendations throughout the process were so helpful to me as an out of state buyer! They were personally understanding of the neighborhood and community environment I was looking for and wasted little time finding houses before they became listed on the market. After a short time, Sandy and Tiffany were able to find me a home which met all my criteria and a did an incredible job negotiating with the seller. She was patient and informative guiding me through my first home purchase. I would recommend the Cassandra Bradley team to anyone in search of a realtor. They never left a doubt in my mind that I would be happy with my purchase. I've been in my new home for one month and it's been one of the best experiences of my life!
