Keller Williams Realty Evolution

We were so thankful to have Barb as our agent. We were inexperienced with buying real estate, but her knowledge and expertise helped make the home buying process so much easier to navigate.

Ive worked with Barb Cullen for 25 years and four transactions aEUR" buying two homes and selling two aEUR" and theres a reason I keep coming back. Barb combines deep market knowledge with a clear, thoughtful strategy that takes the stress out of what can be an overwhelming process. Shes honest, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for her clients, not just closing a deal. When it came time to sell my most recent home, I never felt like I was guessing aEUR" Barb knew exactly how to position the property, price it right, and navigate the process from start to finish. If youre looking for a realtor you can trust completely, look no further

Barb and Jayden have been exceptional real estate agents for us, especially as newcomers to the Boston area. They possess deep insights into the dynamic housing market, guiding us to secure a home with great potential, all within our budget. Their process was straightforward, offering us constant guidance. Notably, their support extended beyond closing, connecting us with professionals and contractors. Barb's assistance in finding a rental apartment while we were still out-of-state was invaluable. I highly recommend Barb and Jayden for anyone seeking knowledgeable and supportive real estate agents.

Barb and her team are the best. They helped me sell my condo and purchase a new home. Barb was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had. With selling the condo a few issues popped up and she went above and beyond in helping with them. She made the whole process as stress free as possible.

Working with Barb has been such a pleasure! She quickly understood what we were looking for and really bent over backwards to help us find it. She is willing to dig into challenges and help her clients get all the needed info to make decisions. Absolutely wonderful buying experience!
