We originally had Steven to search for a house as a potential buyer a few years ago and he was amazing the entire time. He was super easy to work with the entire time and was very knowledgeable about the different areas and where we should focus based on what we were looking for. We never found our perfect home and the best part was that Steven never pressured us the entire time and genuinely wanted what was best for us. Fast forward a few years and when we decided to move to a new state we knew that we were going to have Steven help us out. Steven and the team were very communicative and made the whole process easy for us. I cannot imagine how much stress they saved me during our cross country move, but I am truly grateful for the team that helped out. I would strongly recommend Steven to any buyer or seller in the Eugene area.

Jennifer worked overtime to arrange and double check on all the inspections needed, from the first, she reached out to see what we needed specifically, from the first to the last she was there quiding me through the process and thinking of things I didn't to protect my investment. Betty Lou did an excellent job of selling my home. She has extensive knowledge of and feel for the market. From the very beginning through to the close of escrow she provided sound advice and ideas for the best way to present my home. She was very responsive. She is obviously a great time manager because, at no time through the process, did I have to wait more than a few minutes for her to return my phone call or text. When a skylight was damaged by a golf ball a few weeks prior to closing, she handled the situation with calm efficiency. She adds so much value to the title of "selling agent", from the home inspections she pays for before the property goes on the market to the housecleaning service the day before closing. (Those are only two of many benefits.) She was wonderful to work with.
