Aside from quickly building our trust, the whole team is also fun to work with (special shout out to Calli who made dozens of docusign communications just another opportunity to help us feel supported through the whole process). When the stress of selling a house -- even one expertly managed like ours was -- starts to run high, sense of humor counts a lot, and Josh brings this too. Even though Josh undoubtedly has tons of clients, he is incredibly generous with his time. We never felt like we had anything less than his and the team's full attention (day or night) from the moment we considered working with them. Even though he's clearly the real estate expert, Josh always talked openly and floated options to make sure his sales strategy felt right by us. We admired not only the way he closed a sale that all parties felt good about, but how many value-adds came along with that (finding us painters, expertly managing a tight new closing date, negotiating addenda etc.) His ability to turn on a dime was also impressive. On one occasion, he fielded a call from us during the middle of a UO Duck tailgate event he was hosting to write up an offer for us out of blue. We are very happy clients and you will be too!

We called her dozens of times and at all hours, and she almost always answered immediately. On those few occasions when she did not answer, she called back immediately. Shannon was also relentless in helping us search for property in a difficult market. We altered our requirements multiple times, but Shannon continued to work on our behalf without the slightest hesitation. Shannon is relatively new to real estate, and she was not personally able to immediately answer some very complex questions about property exchanges and zoning regulations. Invariably, she would follow up on these questions and get the answers and information we were seeking. It was the worse ever..... Ashley was not prepared and did a horrible job at communicating with both me and my husband. I choose her because I thought she would do a great job and since she was new in the business. I thought wrong. I should have went for the more experience realtor. I am just glad it is over and I have moved on. I definitely will not recommend this reality to anyone selling or buying a house. I rate you a 1 being the worst EVER!!!!
