I have been buying and selling homes in Eugene since the early 1990s. Some as primary homes, others as rentals. About 15 years ago, Stephanie was recommended to us and we have used her on 4 transactions. I think that says it all, we keep hiring her when we have a real estate need. Stephanie also has a strong Team that markets the home with traditional media, as well as digital and social media. I also visited her new office at DC Real Estate and was extremely impressed. It is more of a boutique shop that specializes in all aspects of real estate, including design and construction. You won't feel lost in a sea of Agents like you do at some of the bigger companies. I felt like they focus more on quality than quantity. I have spent my entire career in Management and Sales in the TV industry. I would put Stephanie at the same level as some of the best Sales folks I have had the pleasure of working with.
