Keller Williams Realty

Fred is AMAZING. He totally takes the stress out of buying and selling. He was always there for me, and helps in any way he can, ABOVE and BEYOND what I expected. I super highly recommend him and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else - EVER!

Fred and this team did an amazing job helping me buy a house for the first time on my own. He helped me understand the market and had a lot of helpful hints, one of which led me to looking at properties that were above my target price but had been on the market for a while. He showed me the one that I bought along with a few others. His advice that it was easy to add mini splits to air condition a property heated by a boiler helped me make my final decision. Fred was also great helping me navigate the somewhat complicated paperwork process that comes with buying a house. He was there explaining a few odd items that came up during inspection and requests to keep things from the seller. He made that process easy, which I have heard from several friends is not always the case. Overall, I can't recommend Fred strongly enough.

Fred and his team were awesome to work with! Theyre very knowledgeable and patient! We looked at a lot of houses and didnt stop until we found the one! Highly recommend! He made moving from out of the area a breeze! Cant say enough great things about Fred and his team!

When I was looking for a good realtor I checked out realtors that Glenn Beck recommended in my area. Fred's name was one of them. I was so pleased with him. Through the difficult process of selling my moms home...he made it extremely stressless. He gave great advice and gave you the impression of knowing what to do and how to do in a most efficient way. Fom start to finish with the bumps along the way..he helped make my moms transtition smooth to her senior apt. Thank you! I would definitely recommend him.

Fred Amendola both sold me my home when I moved in, then sold it again when I moved out. I wouldn't even consider another realtor. Fred did a great job for me, was responsive immediately with all of my texts and emails. He took the time with me to make sure I understood every step of the process, and was able to get the maximum amount for my home when I sold it. Choose Fred! You wont be disappointed.
