Lori Prescott did an amazing job helping me sell my elderly parents home. There was a lot of work that needed to be done to get it ready to sell and I live three hours away. Lori handled getting in the right professionals to do the work, including a roofer, painter, junk removal, landscaping, cleaning, new carpet, new garage doors, etc. She met with all of these people personally and checked in on them daily to oversee the work. She even chose the paint and carpet color. It was a small house, but a very large job. We had an offer the very first day and then ended up with a contract a couple days later for $15,000 over asking price. I have only fabulous things to say about Lori. She definitely goes above and beyond. She even made several trips to Lowes to get new light bulbs. I havent come across another real estate agent who was willing to go to that kind of trouble for a client. I cannot recommend Lori highly enough.
