Jake is a great realtor. As a first time homebuyer, Jake understood my needs and wants and provided professional insight and knowledge throughout the process. Jake was available to answer all my questions. His knowledge and professionalism made us comfortable and made the process less hectic than it was. In our first face to face meeting with Jake we were blown away with professionalism, I walked out of his office feeling that I got my house. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new home came on the market. His communication was clear, and he listen to our every need. Throughout the bidding process Jake was very positive, he reminded us even though we loss a few bids, that our house is out there waiting for the right moment. Before the end of three months, we went into contract and closed on our new home. He was always available to answer any questions regarding home purchasing.
