FAQ
Speak with a lender to see how much buying power you have and discuss a monthly payment that you are comfortable with. You may be approved for more than you were looking to spend each month.
After getting preapproved, look for homes below budget because, as you may know, there are a lot of bidding wars on long island and we want room to negotiate.
I am here for you every step of the way so please ask any questions on things that you do not understand. There is no such thing as a stupid question, so please never feel embarrassed to ask. I want to ensure that you are fully informed and confident through the whole buying process.
Pricing your home right and marketing it correctly from the start are the two most important things when selling your home. If your home remains on the market for more than 30 days, it is likely to attract offers lower than your initial asking price.
Also, make a game plan as to where you want to move to after you sell. Because of the low inventory market we have been in for the past few years, homes tend to sell quickly and you want to make sure you plan ahead.
I have worked with plenty of first time homebuyers, clients who needed to sell and buy their next home whether it be upsizing or downsizing, luxury buyers and sellers over 1 million dollars, and waterfront homes as well.
Recently I helped a client sell their ranch in West Babylon for $55,000 over the asking price. They were hesitant at first with the list price that I recommended, but with my pricing, marketing, negotiation and communication skills, we were able to sell the home for $855,000 in under 2 weeks. My client was very satisfied and has given me 2 referrals since we closed on his home.
While studying Finance at Mercy College, I found an internship in the city at a Real Estate firm. With the knowledge I learned from that experience, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate on Long Island.
After graduating at the top of my class in 2019, I found Keller Williams. After my first interview with them, I felt very comfortable and at home at Keller Williams Realty Elite.
With the knowledge and training they provided, I developed a solid understanding of the homebuying and selling process, which I now find relatively straightforward.
Since then, I have successfully sold multiple homes by providing strategic guidance to both buyers and sellers. I focus on pricing, marketing, and negotiation to ensure a smooth transaction and a fair outcome for all parties involved.
Before getting into Real Estate, I used to work construction. This has helped me with multiple clients because I can help buyers envision a different layout or a more open concept if the home needs work.
For sellers, I can advise on small fixes that are cost efficient and will help them to get a lot more money for their homes and make them stand out from the competition.
