Going into buying my first home I had no idea who to go to or even how to start. Thankfully my coworker recommended Sarah for being my buyers agent because without her I'd still be lost. I emailed her right after talking with my coworker and she got back to me right away as she does throughout the whole process. Sarah Kate is an exceptional realtor, and it was a pleasure to partner with her throughout the entire home buying process. To start, my husband and I live out of state and our goal was to help our son and daughter-in-law buy their first home. Since they had recently become new parents for a second son, thee thought and time to go out looking at homes was overwhelming. Our goal was to fly out for a visit, view some homes and hopefully submit an offer prior to flying back out.Within this very small window of time that mostly fell on the weekend, Sarah was able to make that all happen.Sarah Kate was so professional and prompt from our first phone interaction and every step of the way. She not only had extensive knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, respected our time, found homes within our budget, along with all the, "wants" on our wishlist. Literally from the start Sarah was "In it to win it", she was a tremendous advocate on our behalf. Within just a few short hours after one of our viewings, Sarah Kate had our offer submitted and less than 24 hours later, the morning of our departure it was accepted!

I would highly recommend Cindy for anyone selling a home. I'm sure she is just as good on the purchasing side, but I engaged her as a seller. She provided value from the first time I met with her, bringing several reports on recent sales in my neighborhood. It allowed us to accurately assess the market right then, as well as looking at trends over the past 3 months. Cindy is a direct communicator who won't waste your time. She will help you assess the pros and cons of every decision you make so that you are fully informed at every step. My home was beautifully decorated, and yet the stager she brought made it look even better. We set the price together based on selling it quickly at fair market value and it sold in two weeks. Then there were a few complications in the ensuing negotiations, which she took in stride and did a great job on my behalf. She was friendly and responsive throughout the process and I completely enjoyed working with her. I recommend her without hesitation!

We had the pleasure of working with Beth Petersen Randall and she is top notch!! without her help it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to get the house sold so quickly! We had two offers and it sold within one week.Beth truly goes above and beyond. She even walked the dog until we could get back to the house when there was a showing!!
