Alex is an the most incredible Realtor!!! He is always on top of all dealings and goes above and beyond for his customers. It really shows, he is an expert at what he does and is always been open to answer any questions I had during the transaction and still now. He lets you know of all the processes, from submitting an offer to financing and through closing. Alex is the best at getting you the right house. He will work with you until you find your perfect home; my new home is living proof. I asked him to find me a home that was beat up and with a lot big enough to add an ADU in the back yard and that is exactly what he set out to do and got me exactly what I had asked for. He is professional, courteous, and a great communicator . AMAZING! ...I feel really Fortunate that I was referred to Mr. Alex Obeso by my older brother and I thank GOD for this "Pilar of a Realtor- For me it's The Standard of Excellence" because Mr. Obeso was able to see my needs and regardless GUARANTEED! Alex Obeso is absolutely the best realtor I have ever dealt with. He helped my wife and I sell our SSD home in 4/26 and the home was in escrow in less than 1 week. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and he at all times ensured that we understood exactly, every step of the way, honestly incredible. He has a huge number of connections, so if he doesnt have an answer for a question or a situation for any type of legal or construction matter, he will most definitely find out. Prior to looking for a Realtor and in preparation to purchase our 1st home we asked our brother-in-law if he knew of a good Realtor in the San Diego / Chula Vista area. Our brother-in-law referred us to a gentleman by the name of Alex Obeso. Boy, are we glad Alex was referred to us. Alex exhibited a high degree of professionalism, knowledge and ethics. He cares about his clients and it shows. Everything went smoothly because he made sure that events followed in the correct order and he always followed through no matter how big an issue was. Alex was very friendly and was quick to respond to our questions. He explained each step and kept me in the loop about progress being made at all times. We were amazed that on our 1st offer to purchase we got our offer accepted at below the listing price. Though out the transaction the other agent kept on mentioning that the seller was not willing to pay any money towards any repairs, at the end of escrow that same seller agreed to pay nearly $40,000 for an entire new roof and facia boards. Alex was right in the middle of all that negotiation. He interfaced with our lender, the appraiser and the seller's agent; we got a new roof in the middle of escrow and closed escrow in exactly 30 days, Initially we thought we would close late but we didn't. Alex also referred us to the lender / loan broker and kept on top of the lender at all times making sure we understood where we were at. Alex was unbelievable and available at all times, I mean at all times. We are very happy with our experience.
