Keller Williams Realty - David Roybal and Associates

We used Delilah to purchase a new condo in the city, and then to sell our mountain house. She is also the listing agent for a vacant lot our family owns. She was helpful with necessary repairs for both homes, and knowledgeable about all three property types. She is honest and trustworthy in all transactions. We will recommended her, without reservation, for your real estate needs.

Felicia was my buyer boker on a recent home purchase. She really made the process go very smooth.I was alway informed and never felt like she wasn't engaged. She is very hard working and alway accessible. She also was very good at getting needed repairs scheduled and keeping everything on track. I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing a buyer broker!

Kaitlynn did such an amazing job through the whole process of us buying a house! We really appreciated how communicative and prompt she was in her communication. The best I can describe Kaitlynn is that she doesn't quit when it comes to getting information - especially things that we as the buyers wouldn't have thought of! We loved working with her and recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home between Rio Rancho and Edgewood.

Working with my realtor was one of the best decisions I made. She helped my two girls and me find the perfect home, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, she was reliable, flexible, compassionate, and incredibly kind. She was always patient with my questions, took the time to explain every step of the process, and made sure I felt confident in every decision. Her knowledge of the market and the home-buying process was invaluable, and she always had our best interests at heart. What stands out most is that she isn't just an amazing realtoraEUR"she's an amazing person. She genuinely cared about finding the right home for my family, and I always felt supported throughout the entire journey. I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for helping my girls and me find the perfect place to call home!
