ZillowVERIFIED Worst listing agent that I ever worked with. He did not know my home and his marketing was awful - basically a flyer, open houses and lower the price. I changed agents who marketed the property properly and got it sold with a price that was higher than what David said I would. Of course he said the house was listed right to get the listing but then said later we needed to reduce the price and to expect far less. He was absolutely wrong.

Every time we needed help, advice, somebody on site to check out a potential home... they were always available and more than happy to help. Without exception. We moved from over 1,000 miles away, so trusting that we had Realtors who understood what we were looking for was critical. Rox and David took the time and trouble to get to know us, and to truly understand our needs (even when they changed!) Their network of contacts made this process far more straightforward than we could have expected, even down to helping us locate people to unload our trucks when the movers let us down.
