Keller Williams Realty Dallas Preston Rd

We recently used Cerissa for our home purchase, and she was wonderful to work with. She is sweet, helpful, and truly listens to her clients' needs rather than pushing them into a rushed decision. Her expert guidance throughout the process made everything so much easier. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Cerissa Lauren was an exceptional realtor throughout our lengthy and complicated home acquisition. From start to finish, she was highly communicative, incredibly reliable, and always one step ahead. She kept us informed at every stage, navigated challenges with confidence, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. With our busy lives, we needed someone who could truly take the reins, stay on top of every detail, and keep everything moving forward. Cerissa did exactly that. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication gave us complete confidence that nothing was falling through the cracks. We couldn't have asked for a better advocate to guide us through such a complex transaction. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely committed to her clients, we wholeheartedly recommend Cerissa Lauren! We are so grateful for her hard work and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Cerissa leads a wonderful, professional team of agents. They are all extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and have helped me so much. Highly recommend!

We cant recommend Cerissa Jornod highly enough! Not only is she incredibly personable and easy to work with, but what stood out most was her unmatched work ethic and aEURoewont sleep until its doneaEUR? mentality. Cerissa holds herself to the highest standards, and it showed in every step of our journeyaEUR"both in buying our new home and selling our current one. Her commitment, integrity, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and successful. We trust her fully and will continue to refer our closest friends and family to her without hesitation. Cerissa is truly one of a kind!

Vanessa was absolutely fantastic! She was reccomended to us by family, and I am so glad she was. We only went house hunting for one day with Vanessa, and within a few hours, she had found our perfect home! She even negotiated getting all of our appliances included with the purchase of our home. Besides all that, she is just plain helpful! She guided us through absolutely every part of this process, and we really needed it, because my wife and I knew NOTHING about buying a house. Even to this day, after we have already moved in, she is still helping us with any questions we have about our new home. I cannot reccomend Vanessa enough!
