Oscar Tortolla is, without a doubt, the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the very first time that he came to our home, we knew he was our guy. He was warm and personable, yet professional and clearly meant business. He walked throughout our house and yard with a true professionals eye, immediately seeing what needed to be done and making thoughtful suggestions based on what turns off buyers and what buyers pay attention to. The handyman, Jose whom he recommended was equally impressive, reliable, efficient, and someone we could completely trust to get the job done. And the photos! The finished photographs of our home were absolutely beautiful, capturing our tastefully decorated house and showcased the property in the best possible light. His photographer did an amazing job. Throughout the entire process, Oscar was incredibly responsive. He was always quick to answer my messages, address my questions, and keep us informed. We never felt like we were left wondering what was happening. This wasnt exactly the easiest sellers market, but Oscars strategy and expertise paid off. Our home had just one open house, followed by a private showing a couple of days later, and then came the offer! In just over a month, our house was sold and in escrow. We truly couldnt thank Oscar enough. Selling a home can be stressful, but having the right realtor makes all the difference. We started working with Kelly in April 2025 and ran into some roadblocks on our end. Then, we got hit with a major medical diagnosis.
