ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt describe a more helpful, dedicated, knowledgeable realtor than Mark Balloid. He gave us great advice on how to prepare our home to be viewed at its very best and sold it in 8 days. Mark was there every step of the way to be sure everything was done in order and in the safest way possible. He and his lovely wife helped us get our garage cleared out and when we had unforeseen problems with moving he brought a friend and spent a day helping us move our things to our new home. When the unscrupulous termite inspector told us we had underground termites and would charge $1,500 to remedy, Mark found another inspector to give a second opinion. He found no evidence of termites. Markbpainted two walls for us and then brought his own vacuum to finish the job our cleaning ladies could not do because of the delay in moving all of our furniture. In short Mark Balloid is not in this business only to make his commission but to help his clients in every way possible.We could not recommend him more highly and if he has time to take on new clients you would be fortunate to have him as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently used Mark Balloid to sell two houses. Out of all of the real estate agents I have used to buy and sell properties over the last 28 years, Mark was by far the best. He is knowledgeable, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to do the best job possible. Less than a day after my family expressed interest in using Mark for an estate sale property, Mark visited the property and made several good suggestions for how we could make the house more presentable in a cost-effective manner. A family member who is an architect agreed that the suggestions were all very good. Mark is a former appraiser and did an excellent job with comps and making appropriate suggestions regarding the sale price. He is very familiar with real estate in the inland empire area, particularly Yucaipa and Redlands. During the sale process, he gave us great inputs regarding offers and made good evaluations of the buyers financial ability and desire to obtain the property. Marks most significant contribution to the sale process was his willingness and ability to help lessen our workload in areas we needed help with. For instance, we were not familiar with several aspects of estate sales and very busy. Mark not only recommended individuals who could help us with furniture/asset disposition such as estate sale businesses, charity organizations, movers and trash removal, but also made all contacts and set up meetings with these entities when we asked him to due to our time constraints. He also arranged termite inspections and plumbing repairs using his prior contacts with recommended contractors. In one instance when I went to the house to do some work, I forgot my keys. Although Mark was out for I bike ride when I called him, he immediately came to the house and let me in. Due to the tremendous job Mark did with the estate sale, I hired him to sell a personal residence. He once again did a quality job, selling the house at our asking price in a timely manner. Due to some time constraints with our move, Mark actually helped physically move items from our old house to our new house. In summary, I would definitely choose to use Mark for my future real estate needs and would highly recommend him to anyone else.
