Mary & Cristina are the ideal realtors. We bought our first NC house with Mary. We recently hired Mary & Cristina to sell that house and find a new one for us. They are excellent at calming down anxious sellers and buyers (us) - taking our concerns seriously, but not personally, always letting us work out the solutions. Although they offer what advice makes sense. Both have great senses of humor and are not rattled easily. Always proactive and available (or leave the name of someone when they're on vacation). We highly recommend these experienced, professional and honest real estate women.

These were the best real estate professionals anyone could ask for. I heard about them through a coworker and when I first contacted them to get in touch they immediately replied back. They provide unrivaled knowledge of how to buy a house, what to look for, and are always there to answer any little questions. If I were to sell or buy a house again there would be no one better than Mary Kim and Cristina Havens. These two are the best!

Mary and Cristina were everything you could ask for in a realtor team (and more)! They were extremely knowledgeable about the area and always super quick to get me in to see a house when it hit the market. I ended up purchasing a new build townhome and it seemed like they worked around the clock to make sure the whole process went smoothly. And their helpfulness didnt stop at closing either.
