We had a very short window of time in which to find and purchase a home and she did not tire for a moment. When looking at homes, she was consistently available at times convenient for us. In this tight market, this was very important. Many of the other realtors I tried, returned my calls 'days' later, or never returned my call! Mary was very helpful with her contacts for whatever we needed. Mortgage broker, inspectors, lawn care, home repair... you name it, she had the connections we needed. She was very good at the last minute bargaining when writing up the offer. If you are serious about buying a home, Mary is the realtor for you.
