Keller Williams Realty Boise

Derek did an outstanding job helping me find a house I love. He made the process fun and obviously worked hard to get it done quickly. I would recomend him highly.

My husband and I have worked with Derek as both buyers and sellers and have truly appreciated his guidance as 2nd time homebuyers with a short timeline to find a home/sell the home. He goes out of his way to ensure the process is smooth and updates frequently. He had a meticulously game plan and his positivity on obstacles shines through. We appreciate his networking skills and problem solving that we feel sets him apart from others. Just a pleasure to work with!

Derek was very personable and responsive. His communication was great and his personality makes him so easy to work with. We were out of state and Derek went out of his way to do things for us since we were not local. That was especially important with us not knowing the area. Thank you Derek it was a pleasure working with you!

It's crazy how hard it is to find a human/professional/team you can deeply trust when taking an important step forward in life! Our family couldn't feel more appreciative that we have finally found the realtor that we could trust every step of the way. We've previously used two other realtors and vetted out over 10 of them. Derek, Tara, and the team are that unique opportunity that we hoped would inevitably come around. They looked after us every step of the way, provided honest, hardworking, committed, and empathic effort throughout the entire process. When it comes time to buy or sell a home again in our future, Derek and the team are not only a no-brainer but a sense of relief and appreciation because we have found the 10 out of 10 realtor!

Tom was so helpful through the whole process! He has excellent expertise in the area and helped through every step of the buying and closing and navigating a challenging market. He answered every question I had, and I felt so supported as a first-time homebuyer. I can't say enough good things about Tom!
