ZillowVERIFIED Tom was absolutely amazing to work with. I hit him up out the blue and within about 48 hours we had toured, summitted a bid, negotiated and had an accepted offer! Tom takes the time to learn about his clinets in order to create an appealing offer to the seller which is a vital skill in this market. I closed on my house today and in talking to the sellers learned that within 2 days they had over 50 showings and numerous offers. I know it was Tom who made this happen! Tom also made himslef very available to questions and made time to search down the answers. So happy with me new home and owe it to this man!
