Keller Williams Realty Bellevue

Dave understood the market and helped us as out of area owners get the property updated. He worked with various vendors on our behalf and communicated with us frequently. We couldnt have asked for a more reliable, competent agent. We highly recommend Dave!

Dave Piedrahita and his supporting team did a terrific job of getting our house sold. Dave provided us with a level of service I would only expect from a top-rated agent. He was not only in touch with us every step of the way (as we prepped our home to sell, through negotiations then to closing), he also checked in with us on the emotional side of this process. Let's be real here - selling a home is not only a lot of work, but the emotional aspects are no joke. Dave was with us all along the way on this journey. When we received multiple offers, Dave broke out the terms of each offer into a summary spreadsheet where we could easily compare the key terms of each offer. At that point it became fun as Dave went to work and negotiated our price up to $115k over asking price with no contingencies and closing on the exact date of our choice! I highly recommend working with Dave in the future for any of your real estate needs - you won't be disappointed. In fact, you will be extremely pleased.

Dave has helped us sell two of our houses now. He has been very responsive and professional through the entire experience. We highly recommend his services, you will not be disappointed.

Dave was fantastic. Knowledgeable, organized and extremely responsive with communication - which was critical during a very frenetic housing market and low inventory. He listened to us about the type of house and property we were looking for. He helped us from start to finish to ensure that we found our dream home and he kept us well informed through the entire process and was key to a successful negotiation. Would highly recommend him!

Dave has in-depth knowledge about the process and the market. He provided us critical and honest advise which helped us understand our liking and dislikes with regards to home/location. He helped us come up with a strong offer that won despite not being the highest bid. He was in touch with us at every step of home buying process which is really important for a new home buyer.
