Saul is THE realtor you want! He made the entire home buying process as smooth and stress free as possible. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer all of our questions whether it was about neighborhoods, the city, or the little details that mattered to us. He really listened to what we were looking for, including the smaller things we wanted in a home, and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We truly couldnt be happier with our new home! You can tell that Saul is genuinely passionate about what he does and truly cares about his clients. We are so grateful for all of his help throughout this process and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area!

Viviana was a phenomenal realtor. She took time to thoroughly explain the process, answered all of my questions, and maintained a consistently professional approach throughout. She was also quick to respond and stayed on top of everything from start to finish. When an unexpected situation came up, she went above and beyond to arrange an out-of-town notary to accommodate my needs. Thanks to her effort and attention to detail, the entire process was seamless and easy. I look forward to trusting her with my future sales and purchases.

Saul was the best realtor we couldve asked for. He really helped us so much in our long process to find the right home. He was responsive to all my questions and he was eager to get me the best deal out there. He is the real deal.

Alishaan and his team helped us navigate a rough situation--one where we just weren't sure how to begin and were even more worried about how it might turn out. To be sure, we were completely satisfied with his approach...namely that he encouraged us to ask questions- any questions, and, most importantly, at any time. I'm not exaggerating when I say that we got absolutely everything we asked for because he knew exactly how to negotiate our requests. We are extremely pleased and are actually going with him on our next sale in the coming year. You won't be disappointed, as it's his nature to be right there at every step of the process to make certain nothing goes wrong on his watch. Thanks again, Alishaan!
