This is the second home I have sold with him where I get well above market value. Contact him and he can give you an earnings estimate. Don't worry he is not pushy. Unless you would be missing out on a huge opportunity. The market changes and you want to take advantage of it while it's in your favor. Buyers Experience: Well all I can say is that he was very patient and kept his responsiveness. My partner had a long wish list and we didn't want to settle. Alishaan was responsive to us when showing us homes. He was very candor during the walkthroughs. He understood what our wish list was and respectfully reminded us of that when we wanted to rush and buy. He didn't let us. You don't really find this trait in a realtor. Realtors normally tell you what you want to hear to get the sale. But after a year of searching, we finally found a home we fell in love with. With Alishaan's ability to write a well-rounded offer we were not only able to get the home, but we got it below the asking price. Now, in this market that is unheard of.
