Keller Williams Realty

Anna was very professional and very thorough and continues to be helpful past our house-buying experience. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area including the history of houses in the area. I wouldn't use anyone other than Anna if I was looking in Elkins Park.

Selling an almost one-hundred year old house that continually yields many new surprises during the sales process takes a realtor who is savvy, fearless, tenacious and completely unflappable. I interviewed many realtors and chose Anna Skale because she was the only one who didnt look at my house and say aEURoe2200 square feet, four bedrooms and three and a half baths. aEURoe She understood instinctively that this was an aspirational, cinematic property and how it should be priced and marketed. On the practical side, Anna grew up in the area, knows everyone, is intimately familiar with these beautiful old Pennsylvania properties and most importantly knows exactly what contractors to call when your balcony unexpectedly falls off the front of your house. On the personal side - I cant imagine having me as a client because I am always on the verge of catastrophe. So Anna, I happily give you five stars (even though you deserve many more) .

Anna was absolutely fantastic. She helped us navigate selling our home while were going through major life changes. We trusted her implicitly and she delivered. She was honest, efficient and communicative at all times and made the process as smooth as possible. Cannot recommend her enough!

Joseph was outstanding to work with from start to finish. His local market knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the buying process feel organized and stress-free. He communicated clearly at every step, offered thoughtful guidance on pricing and negotiations, and stayed actively involved through closing. Id highly recommend Joseph to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Anna is a true professional! Fast, knowledgeable, transparent, I could go on with adjectives. Easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. We loved working with her and are thankful she was able to handle things seemlessly! Thank you Anna!
