ZillowVERIFIEDIts been really great working with Colin. He knows the neighborhood really well and made me aware of all the different neighborhood aspects when wed look at listings. He was more than willing to go out of his way to schedule a tour, and even answered questions/set up tours while on vacation! He also went the extra mile to present an attractive offer to the seller. Colin and his team outlined the whole process very clearly and made it all go very smooth. Hes a true professional and a super nice guy Ill definitely recommend Colin to anyone I know looking for a home in the Roxborough/Manayunk area!

ZillowVERIFIED Colin was and is a true professional at every step of the process. Was always attentive to my concerns and needs when looking for and eventually buying the property. He went out of his way on several occasions and this was much appreciated. Very Knowledgeable of the Manyunk area and the community as a whole.

ZillowVERIFIED "Good" is Great!Colin, is an excellent broker that knows his market well. I very much recommend you engaged him to discuss your prospective sale or purchase. I was selling a small house in Manayunk and Colin went above an beyond the role of a typical broker providing recommendation for contractors for pre-sale renovations. He also provide advice on what finishes to pick for our renovation and since I live out of town he even checked in as the worked progressed. He knew exactly what a buyer in Manayunk desires. Once the property was listed for sale he had numerous buyer tours scheduled and was able to secure a full priced offer in less than a week. I HIGHLY recommenced Colin Good !!

ZillowVERIFIED Colin did a great job selling our property! We finally made the decision to put our Manayunk rental property up for sale. Colin made the process easy from start to finish, which was important as we currently live out of state. He was referred to us by friends and I'm so glad they passed us his information. Our house went under contract in less than 30 days! I would highly recommend Colin.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently used Colin as my buyers agent to find a home in the Manayunk/Roxborough area. Colin was very helpful with explaining every part of the process and helping us through search, offer, inspections and closing. Colin made himself available practically 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns that came up along the way. I would highly recommend Colin to anyone who wants to buy sell or rent in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED TRUST Colin!Colin helped us for over 5 years both in renting our home and, finally, in selling it. He is relaxed and easy-going and makes what could be a stressful experience a successful one. He remains patient in back-and-forth communications between sellers and buyers. Colin knows comps and has an extended network of contacts in the Manayunk / Roxborough areas. When fixes were needed after the home inspection, he communicated with all the contractors that were needed, and scheduled everything, which really went the extra mile. This was an incredible help to us, since we didn't know who could perform the jobs, and helped us because we lived over an hour away from the sale property. All the while, he communicated to let us know what work was scheduled and estimates for all the jobs.I highly recommend working with Colin!

ZillowVERIFIED Colin impressed me from the start of my home buying experience! First of all, both days we looked at homes (7 each day) he was waiting with doors unlocked at every stop. Really made us feel special. Knowledge of every home and surrounding areas was spot on! Colin maintained contact through all forms and was on top of everything when we were ready to close! So much so, he settled for us when we were out of the country! True story, he was on point! I fully recommend Colin as your real estate agent!!

ZillowVERIFIED Colin and his team are professional and efficient. After having no luck selling our home for over three months, Colin stepped in and sold the house within 24 hours of listing. The online listing he put together was amazing. It actually made me miss my house already. He then guided us through a 5 week closing without a single bump. Every step of the way he was there to answer questions and provide guidance. I'd recommend going with Colin's team to anyone in the area selling their home or property.-The Kilmer's

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time home buyer and Colin helped me with a list of houses that met my requirements, showing me the houses, and also through the inspection and closing process (including recommending the inspectors, the electricians, etc. as well as mortgage lenders). He is very professional and knowledgeable in the needs/questions that a first time home buyer would have. Always on-time, responsive even after business hours in regard to the houses and negotiation. Just settled on my first home 3 days ago and the could not ask for a better realtor. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and will use him next time if I need to buy / list a home again.

ZillowVERIFIED This is our first home, and Colin was a courteous professional who acted as a powerful voice for us at the negotiating table. He saw us through multiple potential properties, but knew to step back when it was appropriate to let us come to our own decision on which was the right property for us. When we found it he worked tirelessly to get a fair price as well as make the closing process as smooth as can be. We truly appreciate his work and guidance through this new (and exciting) process!

ZillowVERIFIED When our previous Real Estate Agent left the business Colin took over our listing. Working as a team with his sister Lindsay they were able to get us two acceptable offers for our property resulting in a sale. Since we were living out of town from the property Colin was most helpful in coordinating all activities necessary for us to review and sign the paperwork remotely.
