Kyrsten is the best! I was an out of state buyer relocating to Anchorage hoping to find the perfect investment opportunity. Being unfamiliar with the Anchorage/ Alaska market, Kyrsten helped educate me so that I felt confident in the right investment. We focused on finding a duplex that would allow for owner occupancy. This also meant finding a property that would allow for this based on existing tenant lease agreements, which can be challenging. It only took one prospective property for her negotiation skills to help us beat out multiple other competitive offers on the right home. Given that she has experience in property management, she understood the challenges I would have in procuring the right team of vendors in the area for any services or repairs I may need as a new Anchorage landlord.
