Review The Dar Walden team goes above and beyond Christopher was present during the home inspection. Christopher overlooked and explained everything to us as buyers, he even went into the crawl space an attic with me!!! Christopher negotiated our closing costs and final cost of the property vigorously and always kept us in the loop! Upon closing at the title company Robert walked us through all of it double checking every single piece of paper we signed to make sure it aligned with the negotiations we had settled on.

Review Working with the Walden team I specifically worked with Regina Welch. She was very professional with my inquiries on the first few properties I found. Once we narrowed down to the one I wanted. As a first time home buyer I had many questions as to how things worked and how to do viewings while the pandemic is still happening. She offered virtual tours, but we did do a few in person viewing too. Both of us wearing masks. When it came to negotiations she was on top of the knowledge of verbiage for the different offers the seller and I had for what needed to be fixed. Review We mostly worked with Sasha Walden, one of the younger members of the Dar Walden sales teams. She was knowledgeable, persistent, thoughtful and eager to help us find the home we wanted rather than a aEUR~sort of OK home that met several of our requirements. The search took several months and involved dozens of listings including aEUR~for sale by owner and some which had been for sale but never sold. We felt dort of sorry that she was spending so much time on our behalf as wed pretty much given up hope and decided to build.
